This is the site for my performance space. I was drawn to this tunnel because of the vast Doric columns and railings that run alongside. It has a real atmosphere, and my first instinct was to use the theme of continuation, and create virtual spaces, and twist and curve what is there, maybe even duplicate what is there. If I develop this I can create a space of illusions for my audience.

1. Define your programme more clearly - is his a temporary exhibition or permeant or a combination ? Do you need a ticket ? Can you buy a souvenir ? Will there be a toilet ?
2. Go back to your site and measure the space accurately- your drawings look wrong - you are working with a tight space you need to be very accurate. Perhaps you can find some drawings at local archive ( John Harvard Library)
3. Look at the work ( among others) of James Turell , Georges Rousse ,Anish Kapor. Look at thier drawings for their projects n order to understand how they design thier spaces. You need to be very scientific.
4. Rethink the stairs. Perhaps you can close one pedestrian tunnel in order to go up ?
